Sony does the same thing and it makes sense.  Why would they let a port release a year late on their platform that is the exact same game as the original?

I was more thinking that the content is not available on the other console at all. Mass Effect 3 was released on PS3 late with content included in the price, as it should be, it's a year old but none of the content was only available on PS3. But I understand your point, thanks.
