This was the first trauma center game I played, so I started on easy. I haven't played it a whole lot, but it's not "too hard." My scores range from A to C, which I think is all right. I failed a couple operations, but did them well enough the 2nd time.
I think that game reviewers nowadays think that they're fantastic at all games, and if they can't get the best score on a game, then it's too hard. It's impossible for a person to be good at all types of games, which is why I don't like this particular review.
