Who cares if its homophobic? Bullies are stupid no matter their motivation. The student should of fought back, and beat the living crap out of the bully.
Bully should be put in jail for assault.
BTW, Chillicothe is 20 minutes from where I live... Go there all the time. I know if I saw this behavior on the street, I'd step in and beat the crap out of the bully. Our culture has been so wussified, no one wants to aptly defend themselves from a jerk like that. And a 3 day suspension proves why the behavior exists.
