Nice shipment numbers but not profit numbers. It was expected though. Euro weakened about 13% against yen during last quarter and dollar has been garbage currency for the years. Probably one of the reasons why Sony is launching Vita only in Japan this year. They have couple of months time to lower manufacturing costs and to wait if Euro/dollar would strenghten against yen.
