i dont know if its only me or there is anyone else also.. but i dont think sony shipped more than 2.5M.
they are selling less than last yr in US, Japan and probably in UK (based on less than stellar performance on multi-plat and exclusive titles)... so the upward trend in other countries is not going to fill this gap alone..
