Depends on what you mean by "sell more". Would that include bundles? Because I can see Sony bundling the Vita with Golden Abyss for a loooooong time. Of course, they might just do the same with Uncharted 3, but the Vita will have less good games, at least for now.
Daxter outsold the best selling Jak & Daxter game, this was pretty much only because of bundles, I can imagine the same happening again.
If you mean exluding the bundles though, then Uncharted 3 will be the clear winner.
