This one has tons of wiggle room on predictions because it also involves predicting two other consoles. I'm not going to put words in A_T's mouth. I will say that I concur with this prediction.

Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008
Current Wii ~ 20m. 45m by end of 2008 only needs ~2.2m per month average.

(Note that if we assume that the Wii has 50m by end of 2008, the necessary average to meet his 2010 goal becomes over 2.9m per month in 2009 and 2010.)
