Dark Souls won't get GOTY. Most of the GOTY awards are going to be between Uncharted 3 and Arkham City. Also Skyrim will probably beat Dark Souls for RPG of the year for most people as well.

True Zelda is definitely up in the running to get a bunch of GOTY awards as well.
