No problem, it's a little bit dated and I think there are some changes but basically you just BS your whole way through, unless you want to buy stuff off the store.
I would also recommend doing an EU account if you have a US account already, or visa versa as they do have some differences.
I created one for China but I never use it since they rarely have anything unique, but they do have some weird television shows or something for downloading. Try creating some for random regions and see if you can find anything interesting, if you do, tell me!
