That would work for the gamerankings average, not the metascore; it's not clear how the AV club is weighted by Meta.

93.9 was rounded down to 93. So clearly the numbers isn't in favour of the game.

Now its down to 93.21 with one mixed review, and that review being a 5/10.

 

I think its safe to say Uncharted 3 is fucked of recieving 94. Despite 10 100's flooding in with great weight.

But without knowing how the reviews are weighted you can't really say that 93.9 was rounded down to 93, because you don't know that it was at 93.9.
