Uncharted fans are very special. I think these are some of the most overrated games of this gen and maybe all time, they aren't bad but just very average and generic. I would dock some points just because of the mediocre, half-assed multiplayer. These games go for the cinematic feel, but if they were movies they wouldn't be particularly good movies. They're very polished, but that is hardly enough for these inflated scores.
The games are so linear and generic, very average for people who watched Indiana Jones movies or played Tomb Raider and Indi games. I don't know why they get the praise they do. I'm guessing they're getting these high scores to avoid pissing off this legion of angry, barking nerds. If more reviewers had the balls to be honest, Eurogamer wouldn't be the one standing out.
