Maybe you preffer a game that get released every year, have 3 DLCs in the next 12 months and then get changed.
With GT5 i never felt the game was delivered incomplete, almost all updates I fell more that they are upgrading and delivering more content and a better game for the same price.
And lets compare a game for 60 dollars and 6+h of content with a game that you need more than 650h to finish. How can you even say it's incomplete?
