3DS GTA selling better than PSP version reasoning is poor at best, year old ports never do amazing, even if they're incrdible games (look at Bioshock and ME2 on PS3) for the most part that's because they got them on the other system, but be assured that if GTA Chinatown had released on PSP, it would have done much much better.
That said I believe DS appeals more to your typical 'gamer' as I know a lot of people swear down the DS is amazing (actually I don't hear much to the contry) but don't rate the Wii at all.
DS is a better platform for selling GTA than Wii will ever be
