Well considering Little Man had a blast Radius of 1 mile, and this was 600 times stronger......
I doubt it would be a direct correlation, but I imagine the blast radius would exceed 50 miles with the fallout raidus coming closer to 500 miles. These are all guess based on tests of other comparable sized nukes.
