Why though? The 360 version of GTA IV outsold the PS3 version by a decent amount. They both are having incredible legs.

GTAIV 360 ten week total: 5,762,801
GTAIV 360 sales to date: 9,212,704
Difference: 3,449,903

GTAIV PS3 ten week total: 4,375,303
GTAIV PS3 sales to date: 8,328,790
Difference: 3,953,487

360 Console sales when GTAIV released: 18,061,568
PS3 Console sales when GTAIV released: 11,923,933
Difference: 6,137,635 
Difference when GTAV releases: Most likely 1-3m

So...the consoles will be much closer in sales (relatively) than before and to me it looks like the PS3 version of GTAIV has been more popular overall after the first 10 weeks. And this time around there will most likely not be any "exclusive" DLC like last time.

I could be wrong, but that's just what I predict. 360 version will see a slightly bigger first week but the PS3 version will catch up and go beyond.

I guess we'll have to see. I still think the 360 version will outsell the PS3 version in the end but it's possible it won't.
