It starts off sci-fi moves to jobs the air force doesn't often do (Rescuing people on bridges and such, usually national guard and Coast Gaurd do that) then moves to the only real thing in the commercial the inside mobile health unit aboard the C-17 followed by returning back to complete science fiction with the lift off and transformation!
Air Force personnel do not do those things every day except for the clinic on board a C-17. In that case I don't think there are all that many medical C-17's in service. A majority of Air Force personnel wouldn't likely work on one of those.
