its very scripted and linear, and has no replay value what-so-ever,and thats only just one thing.

It's pretty much the best at what it does - cinematic action with a compelling set of characters and a great story. It's not trying to be open world or have side-quests or what have you. It's unfair to rate this game based on this - that's like reviewing Fallout 3 and New Vegas based on the shooting mechanics which are, to put it bluntly, mostly crap yet the games are trying to be something different so that's what matters. 

we should punish open world games for not being linear and cinematic.

also racing games should be punished for not having shooting and running
