My cat was declawed. People say that it's like cutting off a cat's fingers, but it never stopped my cat from climbing trees or killing anything smaller than her.
It's too bad that you've got such a problem kitty. I've known a couple bloodthirsty misanthrope cats, and there never seems to be anything that can be done about them.
