In general soriku could be right.
Though Sony may have made Square sign a contract, considering the giant amounts of money Sony gave them. Though to suggest this is definitly the case or even likely seems silly... as usually at most these kinds of contracts tend to have a set number of years on them even when they do happen. (around 5 i believe)
