Invincibility, now that one was damn hard, something ridiculous like 2:45 on 00 Agent for Facility.

And paintball mode was 2:40 on Secret Agent for Dam... which seems like a short time given how far you had to run, but I don't think it would be too hard (I believe the 4 alarms had to be destroyed on Secret Agent though, so it was probably tricky)
As for my opinion on which were best, I had the most fun with All Guns (and infinite ammo so I could actually use them) as well as slow animation, fast animation and then paintball mode.
I also had some good fun with the cheat (glitch?) in the bunker level where if you destroy the monitors in the GoldenEye room, all the rockets and grenades just float in mid-air where you fire them. |
But you must admit that once you figured the facility out it was really easy! Hard to figure out at first, but easy. Maybe Control for me. Dam was easy, because I think you just had to break some alarms and jump off the dam.

Well maybe there was something I failed to figure out, but 2:05 on Facility 00 Agent was by far the most difficult one for me.... It was also hit and miss every time you tried because Dr.Oak keeps moving around, and 2:05 is (I think) impossible in about half the places he appears.
