I hope that Sony would have learnt some lessons from the mistakes of the PS3:
I think a £300 max pricetag ($399) would be acceptable, anything lower would be a bonus.
They need to sort out the RAM issue they had with the PS3, making a lump amount accessable by both the CPU and GPU and have this at least 2GB. I would hope they will use a multi-cell CPU to keep R&D costs down since this would be simple enough but give huge increases in the processing power (and also allow for PS3 BC on all units
).
As for the GPU i think they will go further than the Wii U but i dont think there will be the same graphical jump that there was from PS2 to PS3 but it will be more of a refinement, i.e. all games native 1080p and >60fps etc.
