lol ad is funny... like anyone plays any dancing game alone.

In a party atmosphere... wii dance games are just more fun. More players at a time, just as much movement, etc...

Even Just Dance on Kinect isn't as much fun as the Wii version.

Really superchunk, sometimes even you must sigh at your love for Nintendo.

Anyway, different strokes for different folks, if you can't see the appeal in Dance Central then .. well I'm not surprised. It has 2 player so that isn't 'alone' and judging by the last games sales, it seems 2+ million dance 'alone'

You don't need to use controllers and it's real dancing, vs Just Dance which isn't, the entire game is better quality and obviously mroe talent has had to go into DC than JD.

I can certainly see the appeal in Just Dance though, just like how the majority prefer Mcdonalds over a steakhouse

Only part I liked better about DC was the playback of your video. Otherwise JD is just more fun.

As for first DC being one player.. that doesn't mean people played by themselves. They played in turns (borrrring...) with many other people.

You're example is really bad as well.. a better example is between Mario Kart's fun arcade style to GT's push for simulation. MK, like JD, sells way more due to it being a simply funner game... and that's what games are for ... fun. Especially a dance game which is really a party game.

My example is fine, just because you don't think it's fun doesn't mean it isn't. You seem to think a game has to be cheap easy to be fun, somehow real dancing is boooring rofl.

What you really mean is, Just Dance is fun to the Wii crowd and DC isn't, I'd probably agree with that, they wouldn't appreciate it like the 360 crowd will do over Just Dance 3.

Now you're just trying to insinuate that it has to be easy to play... however no that's not the issue.

The issue is DCs playstyle, scoring, lower player count, slower, etc... all make it less fun.

The dancing is the same. You dance. Can you just move a hand? sure but that's stupid and only trollish idiots do that. I have yet to be at a party where players just stood there moving their hands. Everyone gets up and dances the same as they would playing DC. The difference tho... and all agree on this even though all of them have 360's... is that they ask me to bring JD as it was more fun for everyone than DC.

Guess what? most of them bought Kinect/DC due to playing JD and then realized it isn't as much fun.. and some have bought JD2 for their Wii's as well.

I think this argument we're having is less me being pro-wii fanboy and more you being anti-Nintendo fanboy.

That's just hilarious, no superchunk, you use your whole body in DC. If we're going to use ancedotal evidence (which I hate but here goes) everytime I've seen Just dance played, either IRL, in ads or on yourtube, all I've seen is the generic swaying back and fourth, there isn't any skill in it.

I don't believe the comment after either.

It's nothing to do with me being anti Nintendo, it's to do with the obvious, in one game you dance, in the other you use two controllers to track your arms. End of.
