Arkham City, no contest so far(though tbh most other stuff worth mentioning that i've played this year was released in 2010 and I didn't get around to 'em at the time...subsequently many of this years contenders for goty I probably wont play til 2012).
If rereleases count then I'd give a shout out to Ocarina and the ICO/SHADOW collection.
My money's still on upcoming releases:'Skyward Sword','Skyrim','Super marioland', 'Mariokart' (3ds), and UNCHARTED 3.
