That's funny because I'm actually surprised at how the driver did not SEE the girl at all. She was walking in the middle of the street for a good 5 seconds, and he was probably driving around 20KPH max. It almost seems as if he ran over her intentionally. Besides, how can he blame the girl when he ran her over with the front wheel, paused, then booked it by running over her with the back wheel?
