Otagi 3 for either PS3, Xbox 360 or both! My favourite and the most undersold games ever was definitely the Otagi series. The 1 time Sega puts out a good game and they didn't get any marketing behind it. .... Shame....
Everyone else has touched on basically anything else I can think of.
