easily Killzone 3.
no other game has lost me so many hours of my life than Killzone.
it is just such a fun game.
it has a super fun campaign, that is a thrill ride to go through, constantly throwing things in your face.
it has great gameplay, and huge variety in gameplay, from jetpacks, to spaceship levels, to mech suits, to vehicle sections, to fighting in zero G. killzone has everything and its just so visceral... just look at the fricken brutal melee, they are awesome.

also its multiplayer is unsurpassed by any game i have ever played, it has super deep leveling system, dedicated servers, caries over the jetpacks and mechs for new twists in the multiplayer. each class is needed for your team to succeed.
and the Move, you cant forget about the move. its awesome in this game, perfect implementation of it, no game comes close to it yet. i always played with the move, and was able to effortlessly pull off headshot after headshot, my kill/death ratio is around 2.5. the Move is awesome in this game.

and last but not least. the Visuals.
no game comes close to its visual mastery, not even Uncharted 2 or God of War 3. the gun models are unreal in this game, no game comes close to having a good of looking guns as killzone. the environments are richly detailed, nothing being overlooked, the character models, no first person shooter comes close in this department. the lighting, and particle effects...oh my. so much stuff is happening on the screen at every moment, yet its able to do this with a rock solid framerate, that never drops or tears, all in beautiful 720p (what other fps is in 720p)
