I know I'm getting one soon after launch, since, for me, psp is the best device ever made and vita is an improvement.
Having said that, there is no must buy title for me. I don't care for Uncharted, I've played Little Big Planet both on my psp and ps3 and the rest of the games seem good, but far from amazing. I wish there was an exclusive Naruto/Tekken/God of War/Final Fantasy game available at lauch.
So right now a 7/10 for me.
