I don't think this is a good indicator. As you said, YT only does 30fps. And of course you can see a difference slowing it down, but if you slow down a 1000 vs 900fps video enough you'll also see a difference, it doesn't mean you can see it at normal speed.
Also, as some user has said, even when pausing the image the 30fps image is blurry, so I'm not sure it's a proper test (might it be normal? not an expert on this).
Not saying there isn't a difference to most people, just that I don't think this is a proper proof.

Try the videos you posted in VLC media player, there is clearly a difference.

Hmmm...
I don't notice a big difference with the first one unless I really try, but the Sega logo one seems clear to me now (dunno why VLC made a difference, but it did).
Perhaps it's as Rol said, you notice more of a difference when you go from 60 to 30fps than the opposite way around.
