The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is my 2nd favorite game of all time.
That said:
1. The 3-day system was too intense. Even with the backwards Song of Time, there was too much rush to truly enjoy the surroundings. Should've been a bit slower.
2. The ReDead maze had WAY too much back-forth iteming.
