Yeah, it depends on the experience of the person.
Speaking for myself though:
- With blindly religious people, they are too touchy on many subjects.
- With atheists, I've asked them several "what if" questions, and it's always the same response "There could be many other explanations for this. I won't believe in bullshit." Even though the questions are more or less "what if this came true", and events occur that are exactly as stated in the books.
