Not true, female cats especially have maternal instincts, if I pretend to make a crying noise, or a whining noise, my female cat comes over and investigates and talks to me. Depends how you bring them up I guess, cats are solitary but if you give them enough love then they become attached.

I have a female cat around here due to my brother and it keeps coming to me even though I kick it nearly every single day. You can say anything you want (or nothing), cats will come closer everytime they are hungry. They look at you, talk to you and wait what happens. Either you get up and feed them immediately or they'll wait until you do. Don't think your cat is anything special.

I would have never thought that you like pussies though.

My cats spend all day around me without wanting food, true they do scrounge sometimes, but they come to me after they've eaten.
