It's overtracked by 140k.

Not by that much, VGC counts Americas, NPD only USA, the real difference should be less than 100k (so 15-20k weekly). It could still be first WW if EMEAA is not overtracked as well...at the end of the month we'll find out what Nintendo thinks of the effect, when they release the data.
