Can't they simply enable regular keyboards to be used in games and allow to assign controls to the letters as any PC game?
I like the idea of using the mouse because it can be more precise when controlling the camera than a joystick (or easier to achive with less effort), but a keyboard is not superior to a joystick when it comes to character movement.
Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:
