Level 5 owns all the rights to their games, right? If they become fully independent, will we see something like Layton on another system or does Nintendo have a deal where they can only release them on their systems?

Sega localization, haha funny. Infact I dare say they as bad as Namco, if you see how much they ignored DS/PSP games. 

Ok, you got me there. I didn't follow the PSP/DS much, so I don't know how many of the games they didn't localize on them.
