How can I be an XBox 360 fanboy when I have never owned an XBox or an XBox 360? The previous generation systems I own are a Dreamcast, PS2 and Gamecube; I also own a Wii and have a gaming PC.
Also, I think it is important for you to use your "Big-Boy" words and actually write english.

The benchmarks were of a Fast Fourier Transform, something which has no use in-game. The reality is that a FFT can be run far faster on a modern GPU than on an x86 CPU, but (in general) for most processing needs an x86 based processor will destroy your GPU.
