While I do agree with you. This Ferrari was NOT US Government property. It was stolen in 2003. And then found by the FBI so it should have been sent to the owner but they kept it instead as part of an investigation and the FBI Agent then crashed this part of an investigation. Now I wonder whos Insurance had to pay, the one of the original owner ?
