Generally, another scum will create this context by saying something like, "hey, there might be this due to what we've seen so far". Like last game where scum used the context of name=alignment to try to mislynch trucks. People bought into it because it was suggested.
So, yes, you did create opportunity. And yes, scum usually create the context. Additionally, you're playing much better than you usually do, which makes me think you're scum. And by that I mean you haven't said anything slap-in-the-face-scummy....yet.
