Honestly, I don't see the point of it and I believe it isn't Canada's place to do anything at this point in time ...
If the United States or a country where the abuses took place was looking to have George W. Bush arrested to face crimes it would be different; but to arrest him because a (often partisan) non-governmental agency wants him arrested is moronic.
