I appreciate that you try to bring us news stories as fast as possible, especially the Nintendo related stuff, because aside from dedicated Nintendo websites the gaming media doesn't care all that much about Nintendo. But you should have figured that this Men in Black game can't be a Nextbox/PS4 title based on the screenshots you posted, because they don't look impressive at all. By the way, you need to work on your punctuation. The missing comma after the second word in the last paragraph is especially damning. There are other instances where a comma wouldn't hurt, but this one really matters, because it changes the meaning. |
Thanks for the appreciation. I wasn't actually all that surprised by the screenshots as they look like something you'd expect from Activision on WiiU. Since I expect Nex-Box and PS4 to be powered only slightly more powerful next generation then WiiU it didn't ring any bells that the screens didn't look dramatically improved over anything on 360/PS3. I also thought since all the consoles are still in pre-beta development that screens using an early build of the next generation consoles wouldn't blow current gen out of the park.
You'll note I actually posted a screen from Square's next generation engine which shows what we can expect in next gen games in another thread. It is definitely impressive but how much further can we realistically go graphically next generation? I really don't expect to see any graphical leap like we have in past generations the technology simply isn't there and the cost of producing technology anywhere close to the level of advancement in past generations would be extremely expensive.
As for my grammar you know I suck with grammar. When I actually write professional articles I edit them in word prior and usually have a fellow writer or editor read them over first to ensure they are the best quality possible. But on a forum I don't go to those lengths so you get to see my raw work. That being said I am constantly working to improve my grammatical skills as well as my threads and topics which I post. Constructive criticism is always welcomed!
