Special price probably means $10 or more. But heres hoping It's $5 or less.
It will be interesting to see what Sony/Nintendo/Microsoft do come next batch of consoles to re-download Games on Demand, Wii Ware, PSN and XBLA titles. I bet you can do those for a "special price".
It's just that simple.
