Now that I think about it. How will Sony know if someone has the game for the PSP?

I mean, if they look at they PSN history to know who has played X game and send them a redeem code to buy it again for cheap, they could be sending it to the people who played it without buying the game (either pirates, people who rented it or played with a friends copy).

And if they use something like asking consumers to send them the games, or the serial code or even if they team with game stores to exchange the UMD for the code (or just to show that you have the game, without losing it), why do these users have to pay again if it has been proved that they have it?
