Nintendo puts too many restrictions on the 3rd party devs ever since the NES era. They wanted to stay with the archaic cartridge while other companies were moving to other formats. Here are things I dislike about Nintendo:
1. The Wii pushed gaming into an endless spiral of shovelware and since M$ and Sony tried to mimic that success, they ended up getting some shovelware because of it.
2. Nintendo puts pokemon and/or Mario into any game and sells gangbusters (ie poke park, mario party 20 coming soon) no matter how mediocre or how more of the same crap they are.
3. Nintendo fans claim it was ninty that came up with the motion control concept when it's been out long before them except through no name companies, and it has been proven that Sony already had a prototype a while back so please explain that one to me.
4. Nintendo has stagnated in creating any new ip's really. I mean what was the last major one Pikmin? M$ has Gears and Alan Wake at least, Sony this gen has Resistance, Uncharted, Demon's Souls (yup joint project between SCEJ and FromSoftware), Lair (failed but at least they tried), Heavenly Sword, LBP, etc.
5. They have ported more games than all companies combined, just look at the Wii and DS. And I thought Sony was bad with the GOW origins port but damn.
See what I did there? I have another 6 to add to the list but will not bother. You are a troll that gets away with it because the mods like you (preferential treatment). When I get responses from mods such as "oh lol, you obviously don't know Rol" that's when I know the entire community has to put up with your blatant bullshit bias. Go wack off to Nintendo if that truly makes you feel better. I have gamed since the 2600 and hold no allegiance other than to the games themselves and Ninty stopped bringing anything worthwhile since Gamecube really. Nothing but tacked on motion controls, which I hope are not the case with Skyward Sword, but even if it is people are stupid enough to still buy it even if it's an inferior Zelda game. I want another great Metroid game that is not Prime, I want another glorious River City Ransom game, or another Xexyz to come out of the minds of Nintendo. Instead they are too busy depositing the money in the bank and laughing at you who keeps buying into their mediocrity.
