Iron Golem fell rather quickly to my halberd (each hit took 210 out of his HP). Managed to forge the Lightning Spear to +5 (got a trophy for it) and it has more Att than my BK Halberd to lightning weak enemies XD.
Edit - Amazing little details of the game: On the area with the Titanite monsters on Sen's Fortress, the ground is some sort of mud which slows down your movements immensely if you don't have the Rusted Iron Ring. The little detail is that each time you take a step in the mud it actually leaves the mark and you see your character sink a little. These are the little things that increases the immersion factor by a large amount.
