False. Jewish settlers are equal to anything Hamas says or does. Difference is the settlers are backed by a long-term plan of the offical Israel government to continue taking Palestinian land and pushign them into Lebenon, Jordan, and Egypt.... well now not Egypt but just keep them pinned in Gaza.
