Because Sony doesn't understand how to make all it's corporate hands work together as opposed to of their own volition. This sucks because they could have movies and cartoons and what not which would only increase awareness of their products and help spread advertising costs to heir movie studios which would be very beneficial as the Playstation division obviously can't do it all.
