What do you do when you see a spider crawling in your house?

I will kill it on the spot if I can, but if the spider looks formidable I will run away and call someone else to kill it for me. The only things that creep me out more than spiders are roaches (never really see those though) and Potato Bugs (Jerusalem Cricket).
