What I can answer (and can't):
1 - not sure. I managed to get an early play of F4 but didn't notice this. I'll check when I get the game.
2 - might be. They clearly point to what may be possible with a new generation of tech.
3 - not sure.
4 - not that I'm aware of but again I'll update when I get the full game
5 - I doubt it. EA has an exclusive deal so unless it turns out to be timed and Porsches become available at a later point I'd have to assume no.
I can tell you from a few hours with the game last week that it does improve on F3 a lot from what I could experience.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
