Microsoft is shooting their gaming load in the last few months of the year (Forza, Gears--which was in September, Halo Anniversary, and a few Kinect titles). Who's to say that there won't be some price cut or a big Kinect push, too? Add to that the promise of new dashboard functionality and TV support. It's definitely possible. |
Well, interestingly (and maybe not so surprising) last year PS3 Q4 was below Q1+Q2+Q3 by 1.4M
Xbox 360 Q4 was above Q1+Q2+Q3 by 500k, Wii was above as well but just 200k.
That's a 1.9M difference between PS360 in terms of first 3 Q's and Q4.
