Not in the trailers shown in the OP, I didn't check out the actual website but I do see a screen with leaves and dirt. However I cannot judge it without seeing it in action. Based on the screen it doesn't look like the leaves or dirt were actually cleaned when the vehicle went over them.
As you can see it doesn't appear the leaves are going anywhere. It would be a decent sim if the actual cleaning occured but then again haven't seen the finished product so can't judge completely!
