While this might be a joke, and amount of tanks and ships is irrelevant here, but certainly these ramshackle ex-colonial empires attempts to remember old days apparently have come to trouble :D Mind you, people, French are the strongest military force in Europe, and they've spent six months before any progress in Libya.
